Adrian Peterson’s name has been attached to the Bucs when the rumors first came out that the Vikings could let him go, since then, it has received mixed feeling from Bucs fans. However, according to a recent article by Jenna Lane of ESPN.com, when Jameis was asked if he would like to play with AP, he responded, “Absolutely.”
Winston is a player who not only wants to win but to be the best so after seeing a ten-year-veteran training at such a high level was amazing to him. Many fans were in the belief that AP was on his way to joining the Buccaneers when the pictures of him and several of our Bucs elite were shown together in Houston, but it seems that of all the teams AP has visited, Tampa was yet to be one.
Doug Martin has returned which will likely keep an AP-to-Tampa connection from happening and Jameis Winston has a ton of faith in Martin despite all of his past injuries and believes that his running back means the world to the team.
