Here comes Stevie Tu’ikolovatu

Every draft has a heart warming story. This year’s draft was full of talent; From Takk McKinley to Jabrill Peppers and including our own Stevie Tu’ikolovatu! The defensive lineman from USC via Utah slept in his car for a month before transferring to USC. According to the Southern Cal website, Stevie went on a Mormon mission to the Philippines during the 2010-12 seasons after redshirting in 2009 at Utah as a first-year freshman.

Stevie is known for his run stopping power. Pro Football Focus rated him the number 2 run stopping DT in this year’s draft. With the heavy rotation of defensive lineman that the Bucs use and down on goal line Stevie T would help in a tremendous way!
