The Murderer of Kwon Alexander’s Brother Gets Life in Prison.

Jerald Bailey has been convicted for the 2015 shooting death of 17-year-old Broderick Taylor II.

According to authorities, Taylor was shot after a fight on West 15th street in the city of Anniston, located in Calhoun County, Alabama near Oxford.

Extensive searches were conducted to locate the suspect, but it was not until the following morning that the authorities would capture the suspected murderer, Jerald Bailey. Bailey turned himself in the following morning for the slaying of the Oxford High School student and younger brother of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ linebacker Kwon Alexander.

On Wednesday, Jerald Bailey was sentenced to life in prison for the slaying of Taylor and due to two prior felony convictions, he will not be eligible for parole.
