Becoming a standout in the many drills at the Combine doesn’t necessarily translate to success in the pro’s. One thing is certain though, Devin White is FAST.
Devin White who met the Buccaneers last week for a formal interview could be a prospect for a team who could need help in the middle of the field. As the futures of linebackers Kwon Alexander and Kendall Beckwith are very much uncertain at this point.
If the Bucs were to draft White, he would help bolster a unit that has been struggling to find its groove for some time. Plenty could happen between now and the draft, and it isn’t clear what the Bucs will do at No. 5. Ultimately time will tell, but until then teams and fans alike can appreciate the speed of Devin White.
