Very procedural and expected, but Bucs have tendered their two exclusive-rights free agents in S Isaiah Johnson and OL Mike Liedtke. Will battle for backup roles again this fall …

In this expected move, both players will again be playing for backup roles. Depth at both positions will definitely be needed. As the DB unit was riddled with injury in 2018, and the signing of Liedtke provides much-needed depth on the offensive line.
While these moves aren’t ground shaking. These types of quiet moves to provide depth will make all the difference late in a season.
