It was reported by Greg Auman of the Athletic that the Buccaneers waived CB David Rivers to clear a roster spot for DT Ndamukong Suh.

Rivers has had stints with the Packers, Jets, Dolphins, and the Bucs most recently in 2018. Where he was placed on Tampa Bay’s practice squad last November. He has no regular season recordable stats to date, and should continue to find his way on another practice squad come this Fall.
