Doug Martin has remained a positive force for the Buccaneers. Martin remains one of the few positive consistencies on the Tampa Bay offense going into week 5 and he now faces a team that is more than adequate at stopping the run game. But Martin has had more than shined against such defenses in the past. I have no worries about Doug performing this Sunday against the Jaguars. I expect to see another 100-yard game from Doug Martin this week. He is ranked 8th in running backs and I believe he could be 5th or 6th by week 7.
“Through the first three weeks of 2015, Doug Martin had gotten off to a solid start. Nothing incredible, but he looked far more explosive than he had in previous seasons after his rookie year. Then, Week 4 rolled around. Martin had an impressive week during the loss to the Carolina Panthers, rushing 20 times for 106 yards and a touchdown. He also caught five balls for 37 yards, showing his ability to catch passes out of the backfield for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.” – Reported by Reinhold Matay, Via: Fox Sports
