Doug Martin sets his sights on Buccaneers rushing marks.

Doug Martin is having a phenomenal season. He should have no problems locking in on any Buccaneers rushing marks, that he wishes to surpass. He had passed the 1,000-yard mark, Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

“Coming off a 235-yard game in the Bucs’ win at Philadelphia, RB Doug Martin needs only 59 yards this week to reach 1,000 for the season, with James Wilder’s 31-year-old team season record in play as well in the next six weeks. Wilder rushed for 1,544 yards in 1984 — on 407 carries, third-most in NFL history — and Martin goes into this week on pace for 1,505 yards. Martin’s outstanding rookie season in 2012 ranks second on the list with 1,454 yards.” -Reported by Greg Auman
