A smorgasbord of soft talks have flooded social media and other media outlets, but Gerald McCoy has been anything but soft. Playing with one of the most painful injuries a lineman can incur, McCoy has made an all-out effort to stay in the game and help out the best he could, a struggling Buccaneer defense. That is why he is going to the Pro Bowl.
“Buccaneers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy has continued to play well this year, earning his fourth straight Pro Bowl invitation last night. But this one hasn’t been as easy as the first three, as he admitted he’s been playing hurt all season. “He’s been injured, and anybody could’ve stopped playing, but he didn’t because we needed him,” Martin said.” – Reported by Darin Gantt
