Jameis Winston has been hard at work trying to improve on a few things that plagued him during the 2015 season.
He has been busy, at One Buc Place, working with personal trainers, getting strong in the weight room, and performing resistance training on the practice field. Winston teamed up with Mike Evans, during this offseason, to run passing drills, trying to improve their timing. Something that desperately needs to be done.
Winston broke franchise passing records for Tampa, joined the NFL history books as 3rd rookie in history to throw for over 4,000 yards, but regularly missed wide open receivers down the field. Dirk Koetter stated, that once Jameis is back in the building, they will have a long list of things they have to work on, and the main focus will be the deep ball. Koetter wants Tampa to be more consistent with throwing and catching the deep pass. So do us fans.
