Baltimore Ravens’ rookie Keenan Reynolds is a former Navy QB and was recently told by Defense Secretary Ashton Carter that he could defer his military service to play in the NFL. Carter made this announcement during graduation in Annapolis. Reynolds, who was drafted in the sixth-round by the Ravens, is the NCCA’s career leader in touchdowns. He finished his career with 88 TDs, 31 of those were passing. Ravens plan to use him as a kick returner and a WR, as 57 of his TD’s in college were off the option.
