When Jameis Winston was drafted number one overall, there was a lot of talk about him being a bust and the Bucs should have drafted Mariota. Most of that talk has since been silenced. Even critics could see the gift that he had for being a leader and bringing a team together but, I’m not sure anyone at all could have predicted he would go so much further beyond that. A few days ago Winston had a day off, but it’s Jameis Winston, I’m not sure if he even takes a day off. This particular day, though, he spent motivating his teammates to take advantage of the opportunities they are given. Just another example of the face of our franchise showing how he takes that extra step and then some.
