Kendell Beckwith on Active/ Non-Football Injury List

Bucs second-year LB underwent surgery for a broken ankle that he sustained during a car accident back in April.

Due to him not quite being ready for action, the Buccaneers have placed him on the active/ NFI list. However, if he is ready to go by roster cuts, then Beckwith will be automatically re-join the roster. If Beckwith is not ready by that time, then he will likely be placed on the Reserve/NFI list, meaning that he will not be able to re-join the roster for six more weeks.

The former LSU linebacker was selected in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft, and quickly made a name for himself on the football field.

Having played in all 16 games, starting 11, Beckwith recorded 1 sack, 2 pass defends 60 solo tackles and 1 forced fumble.
