On Monday afternoon head coach Dirk Koetter informed the media that DT Gerald McCoy did in fact sustain a calf injury vs the Falcons late Sunday. There will be no update on his injury until Wednesday. He was seen in a heavy boot after the game. Which at the very least is a precautionary move.
I would not expect McCoy to practice fully till maybe Thursday, but most likely Friday if history is any indicator. If McCoy is to play at home vs the Browns this Sunday you want to see him on the field, even in a limited capacity by Friday at the latest.
