it has been reported by Greg Auman on the Athletic that the Buccaneers have re-signed LB Kevin Minter.
One more Bucs free agent coming back for 2019: LB Kevin Minter, who played for Bruce Arians in Arizona, is re-signing with Tampa Bay. He's 28, had a combined 175 tackles in 2015-16 with Cardinals, joined Bucs last season.

This signing is key for a Bucs linebacker corp that is left thin without Kwon Alexander and possibly without Kendell Beckwith.
Minter joined the Bucs in week 8 to fill in for the injured Alexander, Beckwith, and Cichy. Even though he hasn’t spent a ton of time in Tampa Bay, he has a history under Head Coach Bruce Arians.
