The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made a move Thursday by signing a former CFL WR in Bryant Mitchell.

In three seasons in the CFL with the Edmonton Eskimos, he collected 1,418 yards and 6 TD’s. His best year of which was last season with 867 yards and 3 TD’s. He played for the Northwestern State Demons in college, and garnished 564 yards and 5 TD’s in two season. In 2015 he elected for the draft, but ultimately went un-drafted in 2015.
Mitchell is obviously very excited to have another opportunity to make it in the NFL after a brief stint this off season with the Arizona Cardinals.
I have signed with the @Buccaneers! Glory to God!!

To make room for Mitchell the team released long snapper Dan Godsil. The Bucs still have a LS in Zach Turner who signed with the team earlier this year.
It seems like every year the Bucs seem to find a UDFA that is able to produce for the team. Could Mitchell be the diamond in the rough for this season?
